Segwit سگویت Segregated witness: ارتقاء سافت فورک به پروتکل بیت کوین که توسط تیم توسعه بیت کوین Core پیشنهاد شده و در سال 2017 فعال شده است. این امر یک به‌روزرسانی در بیت کوین است که باعث انعطاف‌پذیری تراکنش‌ها و مقیاس‌پذیرتر شدن بلاکچین بیت کوین با افزایش اندازه شبکه و بلاک ها می‌شود.
